2021 Summer Course Update

We are sad to announce that, after careful consideration, we will not be running the SScOT summer residential course this year. While we sincerely hope that restrictions will be much reduced in the summer, the current situation does not allow us to plan for that with any degree of certainty – and of course our first priority is that all students and staff remain healthy and safe.

We are so grateful for the on-going support we’ve received through 2020 and we hope you’ll stay with us as we navigate another unusual summer. The show will go on – just not in the way that we’d originally hoped, and our dedicated board, management committee and staff team are deep in discussion about how we can continue to bring SScOT to you in a Covid-safe way. As things become clearer through the year we will stay in touch about the activity we will be running, both online and in-person.

Full refunds will be arranged for those who kindly deferred their course deposits from last year in the hope of attending this year.

We’re so disappointed to miss out on seeing everyone for a second summer, but we’re looking ahead to the autumn and to summer 2022 with great hope and optimism – we can’t wait to make music with you soon.
