Summer Course 2024

Our Summer residential course at Strathallan in July saw us welcoming 97 musicians from across Scotland! Even though we were open access without auditions, we were delighted to have a full Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, Wind Band and String Orchestra. Not only did we make wonderful music together, but we had our usual fun sporting activities and art sessions led by qualified tutors. SScOT is so much more than making music and putting on a concert, it is a welcoming, inclusive environment where young people can be themselves and form friendships with young people from all over Scotland. The final Concert at Central Hall was a roaring success and we could not be prouder of what our young musicians of 2024 achieved!
